个人简介及主要荣誉称号：

卢占会，男，1964年3月生。1986年、1998年在河北师范大学数学系数学专业获得学士、硕士学位，2009年在华北电力大学电气与电子工程学院电力系统及其自动化专业获得博士学位。1997年被聘为副教授，2003年晋升为教授，2019年被聘为博士生导师。担任美国《MATHEMATICAL REVIEWS》评论员。

在电气工程、控制科学与工程和数学等交叉学科领域，选择随机电力系统稳定性分析与控制等方向开展研究十余年，近年来参加5项国家自然科学基金重大/重点项目和国家重点研发计划课题/子课题，形成了稳定的研究方向，具有充足的科研经费和相应的研究工作基础。在Chaos, Solitons & Fractals 、Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences 、Journal of Cleaner Production 、中国电机工程学报等国内外刊物上发表学术论文80余篇，其中有30余篇被SCI、EI收录。2006年获河北省第二届高等学校教学名师奖；2003年获河北省优秀教学成果一等奖（第一获奖人）；2003年首批省级精品课程《高等数学》负责人。

 曾主讲本科生高等数学、概率论与数理统计、线性代数、复变函数、积分变换、数学建模等课程，研究生矩阵论、应用常微分方程、微分方程稳定性等课程。
